Hi! I am Ali. I live in the mountains of Colorado with my 2 beautiful daughters, Estelle and Colette (their names are the inspiration behind the baking name), and with my husband Nick. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance and positive for the celiac gene in 2013, and I have been on a mission to find satisfying gluten-free recipes to bake ever since. Baking nutrient dense treats has blossomed into a hobby and ultimately a passion. I believe we should all be able to enjoy desserts in a way that fuels the body and brain. As a recipe developer, I aim to create the BEST tasting gluten-free baked treats, without ever compromising in flavor or texture.
