Chocolate Chip Protein Fudge

A rich and decadent dessert that’s actually healthy for you! Check out one of my favorite fudge recipes!

  • 1 cup nut butter (I use sunflower)
  • 2 scoops collagen protein powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup hu kitchen chocolate gems



Add all ingredient except the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and stir until a thick batter-like consistency forms.


Fold in the chocolate gems and add to a parchment lined bread loaf pan. Add hazelnuts (optional) and sprinkle with salt. 


Place in the freezer for 4 hours and then cut into slices.


Store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
