Ingredients
- 1 cup nut butter (I use sunflower)
- 2 scoops collagen protein powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hu kitchen chocolate gems
Directions

Add all ingredient except the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and stir until a thick batter-like consistency forms.

Fold in the chocolate gems and add to a parchment lined bread loaf pan. Add hazelnuts (optional) and sprinkle with salt.Â

Place in the freezer for 4 hours and then cut into slices.

Store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
