Chocolate Low-Carb Banana Bread

Fragrant, delicious and comforting, this keto chocolate banana bread is perfect as a tasty breakfast or a filling snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Hu Kitchen dark chocolate gems

Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly drizzle a small loaf pan with olive or coconut oil.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed bananas, vanilla, and sweetener.

Gradually whisk in the almond flour, cinnamon, and finally the baking soda. Whisk until smooth.

Using a rubber spatula, transfer the batter to the prepared pan.

Bake the banana bread until browned and set, and a toothpick inserted in its center comes out dry, 40-50 minutes.

Melt the Hu Kitchen Chocolate gems & drizzle over. Let it set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
