Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop collagen protein
- 1 egg
- ½ cup monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 2 tsp pure organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Grease an 8” by 8” baking pan with coconut oil and preheat your oven to 350ºF.

In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, collagen, and cinnamon.

In a large bowl, whisk egg and monkfruit sweetener.

Add in coconut oil, stir, then add almond butter and vanilla.

Add your wet ingredients to the dry and stir until combined.

Add in chocolate chips and pour into greased pan.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until center comes out clean with a toothpick.

Let cool completely before cutting. Cut and serve! Enjoy!
