cucumber aloe spritz

This cucumber aloe spritz is great for calming inflammation, improving digestion, & promoting good skin health! Plus, it’s super easy to make!

  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/3 cup aloe vera juice
  • 1 dropper OWL liver boost
  • Splash of sparkling water
  • Ice cubes



Blend everything except the sparkling water in a Vitamix on high power for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass mug with ice, then top with sparkling water. Enjoy!
