Ingredients
Ice cream
- One frozen banana
- 1/3 cup coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1-2 tbsp lakanto maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2-3 tablespoons flax milk
Dough bites
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp monk fruit
- 1-2 tbsp milk
- Chocolate chips

Add the ice cream ingredients to a blender, & blend until smooth.

Combine the ingredients for the dough bites, roll into balls, then place into your glass.

Pour the ice cream into your glass, layering with some blended coconut cream.

Top with some coconut whipping cream & pumpkin spice (or manuka honey), & enjoy!
