detox green juice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 green apples

Directions

Wash all the ingredients. Cut the apples into quarters, kale and cucumber into smaller pieces that fit inside the juicer chute.

Place the ingredients in your juicer and juice! Enjoy!
