A simple, tasty, and healthy basil pesto recipe!

- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 6 medium garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 4 cups fresh basil leaves
- Pinch of himalayan pink sea salt & black ground pepper
Add the garlic and and pulse several times more. While the food processor is running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady small stream.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Toss with pasta for a quick sauce, add over baked potatoes, or spread onto some crackers! Enjoy!
