Its formula includes powerful plants and minerals that also work to strengthen your system overtime so you experience less tension in the long term.

Ingredients

Magnesium

Many people are deficient in Magnesium, which can lead to tension. Magnesium has been clinically proven to increase head comfort and reduce tension.n a clinical study of 78 people magnesium supplementation resulted in both significantly increased head comfort, but also increased brain energy. We use Magnesium Glycinate in Tension Relief because it is one of the easiest types of Magnesium for your body to absorb.

Feverfew

Feverfew works by reducing inflammation or by stopping the aggregation of platelets. Clinical studies have shown Feverfew to promote head comfort, reduce sensitivity to light and noise, and improve quality of life in some people.

Skullcap

Skullcap is a nervine, which is a class of herbs that balances the nervous system, promoting feelings of calm and relaxing the body and mind. Skullcap has an herbal history for use of a number of tension-related conditions. Furthermore, in a clinical study involving healthy volunteers (with a low amount of tension), Skullcap was found to significantly enhance global mood.

Willow Bark

White Willow Bark is known for being a source of salicylates, from which salicylic acid and Aspirin were discovered. This herb also contains other phytochemicals, such as antioxidant flavonoids and bioactive tannins. These are thought to play a synergistic role in promoting head and body comfort. Several clinical studies have found White Willow Bark to have beneficial effects. For example, in a Cochrane systematic review of studies, White Willow Bark was found to significantly promote comfort in the short-term compared to placebo.

Boswellia

Boswellia is known to promote long-lasting head comfort, joint comfort, and cytokine balance. Cytokines are a broad category of small proteins that are important in cell signaling, and involved in various immune reactions and in the central nervous system. Boswellic acids inhibit the enzyme 5-LOX, thereby reducing signaling molecules that can lead to tension.
