Mint Apple Ginger Fall Mocktail

Fall mocktails are truly the best! With a beautiful combo of mint, apple, ginger, cinnamon, & even aloe vera leaf (to promote good gut health), you’ll enjoy sipping this drink all autumn long!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon aloe vera leaves
  • 1 piece fresh organic ginger
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 tablespoon monkfruit
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Apple slices, for garnish & eating

Directions

Using a muddler, press the diced green apple, aloe vera leaves, mint leaves, and fresh ginger

Combine the ingredients for the dough bites, roll into balls, then place into your glass

Add the apple cider vinegar and monkfruit

Pour the apple juice followed by the club soda

Garnish with cinnamon sticks & sliced apple
