Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of BIOptimizers raspberry magnesium powder – magnesium has been shown to help people sleep better by relaxing muscles and calming the brain, which can support natural sleep patterns.p pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon tart cherry 🍒 juice – tart cherries are naturally high in melatonin, the “sleepy hormone” that helps regulate sleep-wake cycles.
  • Soda water
  • Blackberries
  • Rosemary

Add all of the ingredients together in a fun mocktail glass 🍸, garnish with some rosemary, & say sweet dreams!
